Processing
Orders placed before 2pm Central on business days ship the same day. All shipments include tracking and insulated cold-chain packaging.
Rates
Flat-rate shipping applies to orders below the free shipping threshold shown at checkout. Orders above the threshold ship free within the continental US.
Returns
Unopened, undamaged vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping. Opened vials cannot be returned. Contact us before sending any return.
Damaged shipments
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
