Research use only

All products sold by HUGEPEPS are intended for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements and are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, or treatment of any condition.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research institution to order from HUGEPEPS. By placing an order you represent that these conditions are met.

Orders and inventory

All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of submission. Inventory is reserved when an order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled or that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

HUGEPEPS is not liable for any misuse of products. Products are supplied without warranty of fitness for any purpose other than in-vitro laboratory research.
